Leap Cosmetics Shipping Policy

This shipping policy explains how Leap Cosmetics dispatches, delivers, and manages your order. Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order through our website, you agree to this policy and accept its conditions.

2. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

   - Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 7-8 business days.
   - Lightning Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 3-4 business days.
   - Lightning Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 1-2 business days.
   
Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. 

5. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all standard orders within the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to international orders, express shipping, or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

6. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to selected countries. All international orders are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

7. **Shipping Restrictions:**

Some products due to their nature may be subject to shipping restrictions. If any product in your order falls under such restrictions, we will contact you directly.

8. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery. We will do our best to rectify the issue. Please note that Leap Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages if the courier has marked them as delivered.

10. Changes and Cancellations:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel it.

11. Shipping Protection.

We offer extra shipping protection for a fee that include protection for loss, stolen or damage orders. To file a claim email us at support@leapcosmetics.com. We inspect each claim for any fraud activity before proceeding with the claim and if approve you will receive a refund or exchange as soon as possible. Claims are cap at 5 times pre year, pre account.
